Aarons Hotel offers you Good quality Sydney Overnight accommodation

February 24th, 2011 No comments

There are countless terrific places in Australia yet none are as internationally recognised or as well seen as Sydney. The gorgeous capital views are unequalled, the bustling night life is wonderfully dynamic, and who can overlook well known landmarks like the Sydney Opera House?

Aarons Hotel Sydney is obviously a beautiful hotel. The structure is a turn of the century famous landmark which has been beautifully preserved through the years with its original beauty. It is actually really worth observing that even though it is undoubtedly rich in history it is simply not run down or out dated. Beyond the beautiful facade is a really modern and also very well appointed hotel.

The inside is great along with, at the moment of publishing, a smooth tan and white interior decoration which in turn presents a particularly calm and tranquil sense to this excellent Sydney hotel. The reception employees were warm and friendly, receptive and knowledgeable of the area with all concerns clarified. If the staff can deliver a giggle to my cranky cousin’s face, I am convinced they can easily bring one to yours as well! I am advised that once the football time of year comes around the hotel staff are much more energetic, yet I wasn’t around for that.

Each and every room features a mini refrigerator, private en-suite, television set, and free of charge wi-fi compatibility Internet. In case that you left your personal laptop computer at your home (like business partner managed to do) the hotel’s private Internet facility will be a welcome facility. People staying at Aarons Hotel Sydney will be offered zero cost web use provided by the hotel internet kiosk.

Although Aarons Sydney Hotel restaurant seemed splendid, I was eager to venture out and about and take a look at Sydney. The food & night-life area surrounds Aarons Sydney Hotel which makes it really popular to venture out and get whatever we wished or had to have. With such a lot happening in Sydney at any given time you could be excused for not knowing if to get started with a wander around Sydney or go specifically to the most important venues.

Thankfully, the issue of the best place to start out was removed as the Aarons Sydney hotel package incorporated an educational expedition of the city free of charge. Our trip identified the lively pavements of Chinatown; we browsed fabulous items at Paddy’s Markets, and witnessed the boats make their way along Darling Harbour. Given our Sydney accommodation at Aaron’s hotel was only a short distance away our group could very well conveniently go back in the following days along with a superior understanding of where everything was.

Together with it’s position coupled with modern fit out it would likely be a fair thought that Aarons Sydney Hotel probably would have a hefty room rate. Basically, you would undoubtedly be completely wrong. Group prices at Sydney’s Aaron Hotel begin from as low as $50 per person. Travellers will be pushed to come across the same package elsewhere in Sydney. Due to lots of different Sydney accommodations actually noticeably more expensive it is going to be a cleaver strategy to reserve your room at Aarons properly in advance to guarantee your accommodation. With the room charges literally so competitively priced it will be small wonder that this particular Sydney hotel books out quickly.

Experience Aboriginal Australia

No trip to Australia is complete without an understanding of the Aboriginal Culture

Aboriginal (or Aborigine) means Indigenous to Australia. They were the sole inhabiters of Australia before it was occupied by the British and other Europeans

There were over 300,000 Aboriginals in Australia before the settlers arrived. With them, they brought Old World Diseases which simply wiped out thousands of Aboriginals. As well as this, they were not given any rights to the land which pushed them out.

Nowadays, Aborigines account for just 3% of the Australian population and many suffer from alcohol and poor health problems. But there are pockets within Australia where you can still see their old values and traditions which are very interesting indeed. There are certain places, such as Ayers Rock, that are very sacred to the Aboriginal community. These are key places to learn more about Aboriginal culture and beliefs.[I:http://phila-airport-parking.com/blog/wp-content/uploads//2009/10/JenniferSchellington0.jpg]

Music and art are two key elements of the Aboriginal culture. The didgeridoo is one of the most well known instruments but is in fact only really used by those from the East of Australia. The clapping sticks are in fact more well known.

Rock Art is the oldest of the Aboriginal Arts and can be found in places such as Ayers Rock and Kakadu National Parks as these are sacred Aboriginal lands. It is the dot paintings that are particularly popular with tourists and these are generally easy to find throughout Australia.

Where To Experience Aboriginal Australia

There are lots of places you can go to learn about the Aboriginal Culture. There is not room in this article to explore them all. Arnhem Land which is near Darwin in the top end of Australia is in my opinion the best place to go. Numbers are restricted to this sacred area so you can guarantee a less touristy approach. You really do get to appreciate the real culture and see real Aboriginals dot painting and making crafts. You can easily incorporate a day trip here as part of your trip to Darwin or Kakadu National Park and I highly recommend it. Remember that this area has defined seasons so only come here between May and October.[I:http://phila-airport-parking.com/blog/wp-content/uploads//2009/10/JenniferSchellington1.jpg]

If Darwin is not on your to do list then consider an Aboriginal experience in one of the more visited areas such as Sydney. Two of the best experiences are The Blue Mountains Walkabout Tour or The Rocks Half Day Dreaming Tour. The second is taken by an Aboriginal Elder called Margaret Campbell and the tour is authentic and very interesting.

As the Aboriginals would say, lets go Walkabout. Discover Aboriginal Australia and see Australia in a whole new light.
