Visiting Paris, known as city of lights and romance, is a lifetime experience and is the ideal blend of civilization, travel, and cuisine. There are a lot of great places you can see along with numerous other things you could do during your tour to Paris.

First of all you should visit the Cathedrale Notre Dame which is the heart of Paris. This is a truly a work of art when it comes to the French Gothic architecture. It has rose windows that are amazing, and the interior is absolutely enormous. For people who love architecture, there is also the Sainte Chapelle which is the most beautiful attraction based on Gothic architecture.

If you are an art fan, you should not miss the Musee d’Orsay which has a great collection of paintings, sculptures, and several other things. Besides there is the Louvre, Paris that in itself is exclusive and very attractive. Here you are able to find the most famed works of art from all over the world. There are also pieces of art that had been originally collected by the French Royalty and were donated to the museum after wards.

While in Paris, you can also experience the French cuisine which is exquisite. The best restaurants that you would find in the city are the Les Fontaines, Au Bistrot de la Sorbonne, Les Degres de Notre-Dame, Au Jardin des Pates, and many others. There are also great bars and clubs in the city including Batofar, La Locomotive, and Mustangs.

There are some very nice parks and gardens in Paris which have fantasy landscapes and open spaces where you can take a stroll, chill out, and also have picnics. When it comes to shopping in Paris, it is one of the things the city is famous for. There are large designer shops as well as small shops that sell antiques and other local products like clothes, pottery, wine, books, and a lot of other things.

One of the greatest attractions in Paris is the Eiffel Tower which is supposed to be the tallest construction in the world. Standing on top of the Eiffel Tower, you can have a look at the city as far as forty miles. In addition there is a movie theatre, a bar, and restaurants in it.

Another magnificent museum that is great is the Musee du Quai Branly that has works from Africa, Oceania, America, and Asia. You could see outfits, music instruments, masks, and other work of art from several parts of the continents. In addition there is the National Picasso Museum which has all the phase of art by Pablo Picasso from his preparatory sketches to huge sculptures.

One of the greatest attractions of the city is Disneyland Paris and is a paradigm of all the European amusement parks. There is also a tremendous theme hotel where you could enjoy yourselves. When in Paris, you would see that there is too much to explore, and the time is always short as there are so many different things in the city that are pleasing for every person, irrespective of what their interests are.
