Article by Erica Ronchetti

Traveling to a city far from home can be both an exhausting and stressful experience. Whether traveling as part of a group, or alone, hiring a hotel transportation service should be an important step in the planning process. A limo service Philadelphia is an excellent way to reach any of the area hotels frequented by business travelers and vacationers alike. Understanding why, when and how to hire a hotel transportation service along with the benefits of utilizing a limo service Philadelphia for ground transportation will help passengers be comfortable with all future travel arrangements.

Hiring a limo service Philadelphia is one of the best ways to secure quality hotel transportation service. An advance reservation for pick-up, guarantees the vehicle of choice will be onsite, upon arrival, to collect passengers and deliver them to the destination of choice. Gone will be the typical frustrations of car rentals and navigating an unfamiliar city or trusting hotel transportation service to less reliable forms of ground transportation such as a taxi or airport shuttle.

A quality limo service in Philadelphia will confirm anticipated rates and reserved vehicles in advance, avoiding any confusion for tired and weary passengers upon arrival regarding agreed upon transfer charges. Prior to securing a reservation, passengers should determine if their preferred limo service in Philadelphia is both licensed and insured. By securing a reservation with a qualified hotel transportation service, passengers and their belongings, will be protected in the unfortunate event of an accident. Potential customers should ask if their hotel is routinely serviced by the limo service in Philadelphia to make sure the transfer will be seamless. Building trust with an area limo company will provide a strong foundation for future travel arrangements.

A hotel transportation service should be hired any time ground transportation from the airport or area transportation hubs is required. Whether traveling alone or as part of a group, a qualified limousine company will offer access to a fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, passenger vans, stretch limousines and mini-buses. A professional chauffeur will transport customers quickly and efficiently to their final destination.

Limo service in Philadelphia need not be limited to hotel transportation. Passengers in town on business, will appreciate executive transportation services for all conference and convention transportation needs. For recreational travelers, sightseeing activities are easily enhanced by hiring a chauffeured limo to experience popular tourist destinations. Area residents rely on Philadelphia limousine services for special celebrations and events including but not limited to weddings, proms, birthday parties, sporting events, concerts and routine airport car service. Groups of all sizes are easily accommodated with the diverse fleet offerings of area limo services.

Passengers arriving or departing the Philadelphia area, and staying at a local hotel, would be wise to enlist the services of quality limo service. Securing trustworthy hotel transportation services will put all travelers at ease and reduce some of the common anxieties associated with traveling. Advance reservations are usually encouraged, especially during busy spring months, but most companies will accommodate requests on short notice when necessary.

JFK Airport Parking – Why Hotel Parking is Your Best Option

JFK Airport Parking – Why Hotel Parking is Your Best Option

Article by Emmanuel Gonot

With over 20,000 JFK airport parking spaces available, it’s inconceivable that many passengers still suffer delays and other inconveniences from being unable to find a good parking spot on time. Such mishaps get played out hundreds of times everyday owing, in part, to the sheer volume of people and vehicles coming to and leaving the airport at any given time. New York’s Kennedy International Airport, after all, is the 12th busiest airport in the world.

However, with a bit of planning and advanced booking, you could easily avoid these stressful situations. There are several JFK airport parking options to choose from when you’re doing your trip planning: central airport parking, off-airport private garages, and hotel parking. In my opinion, the most economical and convenient option is hotel parking – the so-called ‘sleep, park, and fly’ alternative.

Compared to parking at the central JFK airport parking facilities, hotel parking is surprisingly more cost-effective. I’m saying ‘surprisingly’ because most of us associate hotels with high costs and such. If you’re traveling for 10 days, for example, you’ll have to pay approximately 0 for parking at the end of your trip if you’ve used the slightly cheaper long-term airport parking at Lefferts Blvd. If you happened to park at the central color-coded facilities, the cost would be a whopping 29! This last one is hypothetical, of course, no one can be that dense to park long-term at short-term rates.

By contrast, JFK airport parking at any of the nearby hotels costs anywhere from 0 to 0 for a room to sleep in the night before your flight – packaged with 10 days of free parking. The savings you’re getting from the complimentary free parking is practically paying for the room, plus you get to stay in a 3-4 stars hotel with all the conveniences and amenities.

Perhaps, the best reason for you to choose the hotel parking option comes down to one word – convenience. Consider this: if you live 3 hours away from the airport, you’ll have to wake up at 1 am just to be at the airport one hour before a 6am flight, and that’s assuming you’re parking at the expensive color coded parking facilities. By the time you get off the plane, if it’s a short 2-4 hour hop, you’ll be drowsy and cranky for lack of sleep.

With the ‘stay, park, and fly’ option, you can check-in into your hotel at any convenient time the night before your flight, have a restful sleep, wake up at 5am (for the 6am flight), be driven to the airport with full valet service – right to your terminal doorstep with someone else taking care of loading and unloading your luggage for you. The same first-class treatment awaits you at the end of your trip getting from the airport to the hotel to get your car.

Of course, some hotels may offer less services or will charge more than the usual price range. But. here’s the thing: competition in this industry is quite fierce and most hotels run heavily-discounted first-class offers just to get your business. It’s up to you to take advantage of this and book the best JFK airport parking bargain available online. Have a safe trip!
