Imagine walking barefoot in the loveliest beach you have ever seen. Imagine sitting beside your sand castle while watching the sunset. One should not just imagine when he can experience the immaculate and captivating beaches found in Cabo San Lucas.

The place has become a high-end travel destination. Travelers and tourists who have discovered the beauty of the place have come to the place to relax and unwind. Cabo has numerous grand resorts and clubs that accommodate the flow of tourists in the place.

Playa El Medano is popular because it is coined as the safest beach in town. It offers a clean and white sand shore that is perfect for vacationing families, first time visitors or youth vacationers. If one seeks a wholesome and safe surrounding with many seafood activities and beach parties, the Playa El Medano is a great spot to consider.

For scuba diving and snorkeling enthusiasts, Playa Chileno is most likely a good choice. The beach has wonderful coral reefs that have been home to a beautiful marine life, from a wide variety of fish species to the flora under the sea.

Another on the list is the Playa del Amore or the Lover’s beach. It is a popular Cabo San Lucas beach for its secluded and romantic ambiance that is perfect for couples and newly-weds. Despite its reputation, it remains secluded and requires a water taxi to get there.

The lover’s beach offers an extravagant view of the Sea of Cortez meeting the Pacific Ocean. In the lover’s beach, the romantic views and relaxing winds and waves are suitable for couples who just want to cuddle and enjoy nature. The beach is only accessible by a rental car, other than that, it is difficult to reach as there is no public transportation available when going there.

We now come to the Old Lighthouse or El Faro Viejo. It is famous because of its mechanized lighthouse which is surrounded by sand mounds that are formed throughout the years. The most rewarding experience in staying in this beach is the remarkable view of the Pacific Ocean from the top of the hill.

Other notable beaches in Cabo San Lucas that attract travelers and tourists are the Playa Acapulquito, Tequila Cove, Playa Barco Varado or Solmar Beach, Palmilla Beach, and other exciting Cabo beaches.

April 1st, 2009 No comments

I have brought together the following list of the very best honeymoon locations anywhere to assist you in choosing the perfect spot for your trip.

So let’s get right into my selections for the five best honeymoon destinations in the world:

5. Four Seasons Punta Mita, Mexico

This resort is on my list due to its excellent service — maybe the best anywhere. The location is incredible, the grounds are impeccably kept, the food is world-class, the beach is wonderful, and the views… well you simply have to see them to appreciate them. But it is the service that really makes this hotel so great. The wonderful staff will cater to your every need and ensure that you experience the most amazing, memorable, and romantic honeymoon possible.

4. Las Ventanas al Paraiso Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

This honeymoon resort is simply elegant. Situated in one of the most beautiful locations in all of Cabo, Las Ventanas has world-class accommodations, facilities, dining, and service. It’s the kind of place where you are likely to rub elbows with celebrities, and the level of service is bound to make you feel like a movie star yourself.Foranyone consideringa Mexico honeymoon, this is the perfect spot.

3. Little Dix Bay, Island of St. John, B.V.I.

The best place to stay in the wonderful British Virgin Islands, Little Dix has everything you could possibly want in a romantic resort – incredible service, stunning beaches, amazing facilities, and that laid-back ambiance that makes for the very best honeymoons.

2. Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, Big Island of Hawaii

Possibly the perfect resort for honeymooners that love golf (and even those who don’t), this Four Seasons hotel has an incredible location, great facilities, world class golf courses, and the level of impeccable service you’d expect from a Four Seasons property. The Four Seasons Hualalai might well be the best hotel in all of Hawaii.

1. Caneel Bay Hotel, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands

Located in perhaps the most amazingly beautiful spot in the Caribbean, Caneel Bay is my idea of paradise. The turquoise waters here are the most stunningly beautiful anywhere in the world, and the hotel itself is amazing too. Surrounded by a lush U.S. national Park, Caneel Bay has an out-of-the-way feel, yet it is a ferry ride away from the excitement of St. Thomas. Caneel Bay really has the best of both worlds. It’s a wonderfully romantic resort and the perfect place for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

Reasons To Rent A Cabo San Lucas Villa

November 21st, 2008 No comments
by Jennifer King

There are a few good reasons to stay at a Cabo villa as an alternative to staying at an overpriced beach resort or hotel. Staying anywhere in Cabo San Lucas will be a pleasure, but if you can make it even more enjoyable, why shouldn’t you?

When you stay at a Cabo San Lucas villa, you and your family or friends are the only people staying at the property. This allows you to enjoy so much more peace and tranquility. Your security is increased as well as your privacy. If you stay in the Pedregal De Cabo San Lucas gated community you have the luxury of 24 hour security patrols.

If you go to the Baja Peninsula with a with some of your family you can all split the cost of the Cabo villa. This gives you more privacy for the same price as a vacation at a Cabo San Lucas beach resort. You will just have to come to an arrangement over who has which room as they’re not all equal. So you can modify everyone’s cost, or you can exchange rooms during your stay at the villa.

Getting a lounger around the pool can be challenge nearly every morning at a resort. Getting up very early to put your towel on a sun lounger when you’re on vacation isn’t fun. At your Los Cabos Villa you don’t have to set your alarm clock for your pool space. You’ll also notice it’s much more peaceful as well around your villa pool. Just relaxing in your lounger getting them rays with the breeze from the Pacific Ocean cooling you off.

If you like white sands the beach is only a few minutes away down the Pedregal hills. Although you can’t swim in the Ocean due to the strong undercurrents this does give you the beach virtually to yourself. But if you do fancy a dip in the water you have your luxury pool back at your villa.

Spending your vacation at a hotel can make your mealtimes over priced. Staying at the your Los Cabos villa gives you an option of a stroll into downtown Cabo San Lucas to one of the many restaurants. Your main choices are Italian, Mexican and seafood. With the restaurants you can’t be without the Tequila theme as it’s so popular in on the Baja Peninsula. Some of the restaurants have so many choices of Tequila you won’t be able to sample them all in one vacation. If you don’t want to take a stroll into downtown Cabo San Lucas you can get a hire car, and usually park the car at your villa depending on which one you stay in.

If you don’t want to go into downtown Cabo for your meals you get the option of buying some groceries. If you feel like it you can then cook a meal yourself in your villa’s gourmet kitchen. And you have another option of ask for an onsite Gourmet Chef to cook the meal for you.

Every villa has a BBQ as well that you can play chef on. A few steaks or ribs cooking on the BBQ can make anyone hungry.

Being a stones throw away from downtown Cabo you can easily have a stroll down to the nightlife. There you can make the most of the Tequila bars and live bands. An evening in The Giggling Marlin will give you a night in Los Cabos to remember.
