Cyprus has so much to offer as far as romance, historical background and sun are concerned. Cyprus is one of those places that if you’ve been there once, well you tend to back there every year. Your legal representation will be bilingual and they will guide you through every step of the purchase and will make sure that when you complete there are no remaining outstanding bills on the property. All this and a smile for around 600 Euro and when it’s all over you’ll be the one with a big smile on your face.
